We offer FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS within the US. Our products are warehoused and shipped from the West Coast via FedEx Ground.  All orders are processed and shipped same day with a cut off time of 12pm PST.  Approximate shipping times are as follows:  West Coast 2 - 3 days, Midwest 2 - 4 days, South 2 - 5 days, East Coast 3 - 5 days.  Once your order is processed and shipped you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.  If you need your order expedited, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Items must be returned within 21 days of the item shipped date for a full refund or exchange. Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged. Please return items in their original packaging, including: plastic wrap, hangers (if applicable) and plastic wrap. To initiate the refund/ exchange policy please contact us at info@mrsprints.com - including the reason for the return.

Mrs. Prints may, in its sole discretion, choose to not process or to cancel your order in certain circumstances. This may occur, for example, when the product or service you wish to purchase is out of stock, we suspect the request is fraudulent, or in other circumstances Mrs. Prints deems appropriate in its sole discretion. Mrs. Prints also reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to take steps to verify your identity to process your order. Mrs. Prints will either not charge you or refund the charges for orders that we do not process or cancel.
